Currently, the window for each note on the desktop is small, which makes it challenging to edit text with several paragraphs. There should be an option to expand the chosen note to full screen for easier editing.

There should be an option to choose whether to save your recorded or uploaded files on the AudioNotes server (turned off by default) Some users prefer to have their files stored on the server for potential future use, and the service should provide the option to do so.

Sometimes users already have existing recordings on their standard recording app on their phone (Voice Memos on iPhone, Recorder app on Android). There should be an option to export this recording to the AudioNotes app for transcriptions and improvements.

Sometimes, a user has several audio files that need to be transcribed and improved. Currently, the user must upload files individually, which is time-consuming and can be confusing. This feature should allow users to select multiple files from their device at once and convert them individually, displaying text notes in the usual format (each file as a separate note).

If the account has a lot of notes, it's hard to look for a specific note that has been created a long time ago. There should be an option to search among existing notes for a certain word.

The AudioNotes iPhone app will simplify mobile access by removing the need for a browser, providing a seamless and efficient user experience.

Adding a widget would eliminate multiple steps from the recording process. Even better if the widget allows for one tap recording. My biggest use case for voice notes is to record ideas and thoughts quickly. Since these are often short recordings happening unpredictably throughout the day, it is imperative that there be as little friction between a thought occurring and the recording starting. As it stands however, Audionotes requires multiple taps (unlock, open app, tap to record) to get started. Just Press Record is my favorite voice notes app that does this part really well, minimizing he number of taps required to start recording (one tap on my watch, and Unlock+tap on my phone)
